FAQ

Common questions before you get in touch.

How does pricing work?

I share rates by inquiry. Pricing depends on lesson length, travel distance for in-person lessons, whether lessons are fully in person, and how much preparation or grading is required.

Do you offer group speaking classes?

Yes. Small groups can be a great way to learn. Please apply with friends or colleagues, as I typically do not put together groups from individual applicants.

Do you use Korean in lessons?

Lessons are entirely in English. Even if you're not yet a strong speaker, I'll be able to understand and help you.

Where do you teach in person?

The Gangnam area and nearby Gyeonggi locations such as Pangyo, Bundang, and Suji are the main in-person lesson areas. I can visit your company or home, or we can meet in a cafe or study room.

Is online available?

Yes. Online sessions are possible when needed, and some learners blend them with in-person lessons.

Can a company pay for lessons?

Yes. Company-sponsored lessons are possible, and I can issue cash receipts if needed.

How is your voice or accent?

The sample below is the clearest way to hear how I sound before you get in touch.

Do I have to do homework?

Homework is optional. If you have time for it, it can help you improve more quickly. If you're very busy, I understand. Regular speaking practice can still be a great benefit.
